- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately, I had to file a complaint with NY state against Encompass for stonewalling my claim. They repeated send estimates of lower quality items or in some cases completely incompatible items with the items that were destroyed in the flood at my house. I can't believe I went 13 years not realizing what a crappy insurance company I had for my homeowner's policy. Definitely would not recommend.February 03, 2017by Barbara Guarineri
