- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The service at the office for an appointment is prompt however it is very difficult to reach the office by phone. Multiple times, multiple days, different hours to no avail. The phone rings busy or you get a recording that the lines are busy. At times I've gotten the recording that they are closed for lunch at noon and it is 11:50 am or that they are closed and it is not yet closing time.March 10, 2017by Heidi StJohn
