  This is the dentist you want to go to. 1. You're not stuck in the waiting room for a half hour after your appointment is supposed to begin. 2. The receptionist is exceptionally friendly, helpful and funny. 3. The staff is professional and does everything to make you comfortable. Even providing sunglasses for the bright overhead light. I went in today for a filling on my back right molar. I was in the waiting room for about 2 minutes, even though I was early for my appointment. During the filling, the doctor pulled the tools out of my mouth every 45 seconds to ask me if I was okay. He also didn't do that annoying thing where they ask you questions when they know you can't respond. My pain was carefully monitored and I did not feel the least bit awkward that I was raised up in a chair with my mouth jacked open. I've been to several dentists and have about 6 fillings and one front cap. Dr. Wieder's practice is the best I've ever been to. He even polished said front cap, to remove stains from cigarette smoking... as a courtesy! (meaning free). The cost was about $132 for the filling, which was one of those white composites, not the cheaper metal filling that I was anticipating. If I need any more work done, I'm going back to Dr. Wieder and recommending him to anyone who mentions they need work done.
